* Indicates they also were teachers at Mr. Pleasant, Ohio, prior to 1874 -- the date Friends Boarding School was moved to Barnesville, Ohio.

Note: Benjamin J. Thomas was appointed Principal in 1906 and served in that capacity until 1911, when J. Wetherill Hutton was appointed, who served continuously for many years.
