An apple storage building, which was located behind Stratton Flour Mill, had a slate roof. Long since torn down, the slate has been preserved. Today, a talented local artist is using the slate as her "canvas" to paint chamring images of Stratton Flour Mill. Photos and further details will be coming soon.
