The recipes shared here originally were printed -- from the 1920s
to the 1960s -- on the back of Stratton's
Self-Rising Whole Wheat Pancake Flour sacks. As of 1996, this self-rising
pancake flour is once again available in limited quantities, and is
a special treat for visitors at Stratton House Inn. Both
available for purchase from Stratton House Inn or the Stratton Mill Foundation.
