Stratton House Inn :: Recipes: Whole Wheat Pancakes and Wholewheat Pancake Variations

1 1/2 cup Stratton's Self-Rising Whole Wheat Pancake mix
1 egg
1+ cup water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Mix together and fry on hot griddle. Makes 7-9 pancakes.
