Speidel Golf Club at Oglebay

The Speidel Golf Club at Oglebay provides two championship golf courses: a modern links course designed by the Arnold Palmer Design Company and a classic Robert Trent Jones, Sr. designed course. Also available is the 5,670-yard Crispin Regulation Golf Course, a Driving Range and a Par 3 Golf Course.

The newest course at Oglebay is a par 71 championship layout with six par-three holes, seven par-four holes and five par-five holes. It ranges in distance from 6,800 yards from the championship tees up to 4,200 yards from the forward tees and is designed to accommodate golfers on all skill levels. This layout takes full advantage of the existing terrain, further augmented by strategically placed bunkers, attractive mounding and generous greens.

This spectacular "classic" course was designed by the legendary Robert Trent Jones, Sr. The multiple tee placements allow the course to play from 7,000 yards (championship tees) to 5,515 yards (forward tees). This course has been home to the West Virginia LPGA Classic for many years.

At 5,670 yards, this very playable course is open year-round for players of all ability levels. A favorite for regional golf tournaments for over 50 years, the Crispin course is situated in the very heart of Oglebay, offering ever-changing views of the resort and surrounding hills.

Driving Range and Par 3 Golf Course
The Par 3 Golf Course is located next to the lighted 30 tee driving range. Clubs are available.

Stratton House Inn is about twenty-five miles from Speidel Golf Club.
